Swara Homeo Clinic Policy
A. BOOKING YOUR FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT:
- Book your appointment a few days before you are exhausting your medicines.
- Follow-ups are generally scheduled every 3-4 weeks. This may vary from patient to patient as per their disease condition & state of health.
- With the Resident Doctor – All regular/Acute follow-ups
- With the Senior Consultant- Alternate/Third Follow-up
Kindly note that the doctor’s slot is booked only for you, we do not encourage last-minute cancellations/rescheduling. Please respect the doctor’s time and be on time for your appointment. If you have any issues with the appointment date, kindly notify the admin desk at least one day before your appointment date. At this stage we can reschedule your appointment, however, priority will be given to waiting list patients.
B. CONTACTING RESIDENT DOCTORS:
- Your first point of contact for any health-related queries will always be the Resident Doctor.
- In case you have any acute symptoms or are not feeling well, please call our resident doctor, preferably during the clinic’s working hours.
- In case the resident doctor is not reachable/unavailable for a call at the moment while they are addressing another patient, we would suggest you to drop in a message on WhatsApp regarding your concern.
- Patients are always our priority. However, please understand that our doctors may be busy with other patients’ scheduled appointments/new cases, etc. during the time of your call. Allow the Resident Doctor 2-3 hours to get back to you. Kindly be patient and do not panic in such situations.
C. COURIERS:
- The clinic provides all our national/international patients the convenience of shipping the medicines via courier.
- Charges are to be paid before the dispatch of medicines. Medicines will not be dispatched until reception receives your courier charges. This avoids the accumulation of balance and unnecessary hassle for our admin team and yourself. We sincerely request your cooperation.
- Kindly note that courier charges are not included in the treatment plan or consultation charges.
D. CREDIT POLICY:
- The clinic strictly follows a NO CREDIT POLICY.
- The next follow-up appointment/medication delivery will not be done if any outstanding dues are reflected against your name.
E. REFUND POLICY:
- a) Please note that appointment booking charges are non-refundable. In case of unavoidable circumstances, you can reschedule the appointment date.
- No refund on the treatment given: Our doctors give their full attention, time & effort & strive to provide you with the best possible treatment & even after that if you are not satisfied or do not see the changes in your health, in that case also we do not provide a refund on the already given treatment, time, expertise, opinions, & efforts put on your consultation.
